A 17-year-old boy and his mother were both shot in the leg inside a Bronx laundromat, police said Tuesday.
Police said two men entered the Astor Laundromat, at Astor Ave. near Wallace Ave. in Allerton, at 7:15 p.m. Monday and opened fire, then fled.
Each victim was struck once in the right leg.
The teen and his mother, 37, were taken by medics to Jacobi Hospital and are in stable condition.
Police said the victims appeared to have been targeted but that it’s not clear why.
