Three women were found dead in an apparent double murder and suicide Monday evening in South Philadelphia, police said.
Around 5:30 p.m., police responded to a report of a shooting inside a home on the 2800 block of South 10th Street.
The women — believed to be ages 67, 56, and 18 — had single gunshot wounds to their heads and were pronounced dead at the scene by medics at 5:38 p.m., police said.
A gun was found at the home and was taken into evidence, police said.
No other details were immediately available.
