Academy Award winner Natalie Portman is pregnant with her third baby.
The 44-year-old “Black Swan” star told Harper’s Bazaar that she’s “very excited” to have her first child with French music producer Tanguy Destable. She has a son and a daughter from her first marriage to choreographer Benjamin Millepied. The pair divorced in February 2024, according to People.
Portman — daughter of a fertility doctor — said she was raised hearing about the difficulties some couples face when trying to start a family.
“I’m very aware, and I’m very grateful. I have deep appreciation and gratitude,” she gushed.
Portman also has two new projects incubating. “The Gallerist,” featuring Catherine Zeta-Jones and Charli XCX, opens later this year. Her Netflix flick “Good Sex,” directed by Lena Dunham, is expected to drop in early 2027.
Portman spoke out against ICE raids in Minnesota while promoting “The Gallerist” at the Sundance Film Festival in January.
The actor emotionally lamented that the U.S. is “at an unfortunately horrific moment in our country” because federal officers are in city streets rounding up migrants they accuse of being in America illegally and call “the worst of the worst” criminals.
Portman, whose great-grandparents died in the Holocaust, made her Broadway debut in “The Diary of Anne Frank.”
Harper’s Bazaar didn’t report a due date for her third child. Portman’s son Aleph is 14, and her daughter Amalia is 9.
