A 28-year-old man stopped at a red light in Queens died after his car was struck by a driver in Queens, police said Sunday.

Davidson Torres Suarez was in his 2005 Toyota Corolla waiting for the light to change at Bell Blvd. and 86th Ave. in Hollis Hills when the 65-year-old driver of an Audi coupe slammed into him about 9:25 p.m. Friday, cops said.

The Audi driver continued traveling south on Bell Blvd. and struck a light pole.

Medics rushed Torres Suarez to North Shore University Hospital, where he died. He lived in Rosedale, according to cops.

His two passengers, a 5-year-old boy and 30-year-old woman, were taken to the same hospital in stable condition.

The driver of the Audi was not hurt and stayed at the scene. He faced no immediate charges as cops continue to investigate. Cops believe speed played a factor in the crash.
