Investigators determined Ae Son Han was with Seung Ho Han during the Gwangjang Korean Market shooting and a separate shooting at an apartment. Authorities used phone location data, dash camera footage and a statement from Olivia Kim to connect the married couple, according to the affidavit.

Carrollton police were working to have Ae Son Han extradited to Texas from Minnesota on Monday, according to a previous statement. The Dallas Morning News contacted police Wednesday for an update but did not immediately hear back.

Her husband, Seung Ho Han, 69, was booked into the Denton County jail on May 6, where he faces two charges of capital murder and three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

Shortly before 10 a.m. on May 5, Seung Ho Han met Young Yoo, Olivia Kim, Yo Sung Kim and Sung Rae Cho at the Gwangjang Korean Market for what they believed was a business meeting, according to the affidavit.

The meeting was related to a failed $75,000 business deal and a rent dispute, officials said.

Once there, Seung Ho Han shot Yoo, Olivia Kim and Yo Sung Kim near the front of the market in the 4000 block of State Highway 121 before shooting Cho as he tried to escape.

Cho was pronounced dead at the scene, the affidavit said. Olivia Kim, Yo Sung Kim and Yoo were taken to hospitals, where police said they were stable.

During an interview on May 12, Olivia Kim told officers she remembered seeing Ae Son Han walk into the market as she laid on her back with “multiple gunshot wounds.”

Olivia Kim said she called out to Ae Son Han, asking her to call 911. Ae Son Han responded, “Why aren’t you dead yet? You should have been the first one dead,” according to the affidavit.

After the Hans returned to their vehicle, Seung Ho Han asked Ae Son Han to “hurry up” and call Edward Schleigh to see where he was, according to the footage. Data from Ae Son Han’s phone confirmed that she had called Schleigh at 9:58 a.m.

The Hans’ parked on the third floor of Schleigh’s apartment garage, where footage shows Ae Son Han pacing in front of the vehicle minutes before two gunshots are heard.

Surveillance footage from Schleigh’s apartment then showed Seung Ho Han leaving Schleigh’s apartment about 10:09 a.m.

Police weren’t notified about the second shooting, which occurred four blocks from the market at The View apartments, until 11:13 a.m. They found Schleigh dead inside.
