A handwritten will that appears to have been penned by “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” star Nicholas Brendon snubs his ex-girlfriend, leaving everything to the 54-year-old actor’s twin brother.
Brendon, who was born Nicholas Brendon Schultz, died on March 20 from atherosclerotic and hypertensive cardiovascular disease in Indiana, according to a Putnam County Coroner report.
His brother, Kelton Schultz, submitted filings to a California court on Monday that included a message he said was written by Brendon.
“My will,” the note viewed by TMZ states. “Sarah gets nothing kel [sic] gets everything. He can figure it out.”
That reference reportedly pertains to Brendon’s ex-girlfriend Sarah Marker. She, along with his brother and their parents, are said to have been listed as possible beneficiaries of the estate in court records.
Brendon was unmarried and had no children when he was found unresponsive on a sofa by a woman who described herself as “a longtime friend” who’d been spending time with him as his health declined.

Schultz was born 3-minutes after his twin brother, according to IMDb. He too is an actor, professionally known as Kelly Donovan. His credits include a pair of appearances as his brother’s double on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer.”
It’s not clear why Brendon would have amended his will to exclude Marker.
Indiana woman Sarah Allison claimed to have been in an abusive relationship with Brendon in 2021.
The worth of Brendon’s estate is unreported. Celebrity Net Worth lists his value at $300,000.
