One woman is accused of stabbing and slashing another to death in the Bronx building they share, police said Monday.

Lexus Bullock, 27, is accused of stabbing the 31-year-old victim in the chest and slashing her neck inside the house on Teller Ave. near E. 171st St. in Claremont about 10:20 p.m. Sunday.

Cops arrested Bullock for murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.

An NYPD spokesman said the two women were acquainted with each other and both lived in that building but had no additional details about their relationship.

Bullock is awaiting arraignment in Bronx Criminal Court.
