A pair of teens fleeing police rammed an SUV they stole into a Staten Island house — hitting the façade so hard that the city had to file a partial vacate order on the property, police said Tuesday.

The boys, a 16-year-old driver and his 14-year-old passenger, were hit with a litany of charges for the 5 a.m. Monday crash.

The pair allegedly swiped the Nissan Rogue — its key fob still inside the running vehicle — as it sat idling near Crossfield and Doral Aves. on Sunday.

The next morning, cops spotted the stolen car and began to pursue the vehicle when the driver sped off down Grasmere Ave.

The driver quickly lost control of the speeding SUV, which vaulted the sidewalk and slammed into the two-story home near Mosel Ave.

The teens abandoned the vehicle and ran off but were quickly caught by cops.  Neither teen was hurt in the crash.

The driver was hit with charges of auto theft, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, fleeing a police officer and criminal mischief. His younger accomplice was charged with criminal possession of stolen property.

Cops didn’t release the names of either teen because the suspects are underage.

The city’s Department of Buildings issued a partial vacate order on the damaged building, which will now require a structural stability report before the people who live there will be able to return, officials said.
