Bristol Borough police and Bucks County detectives are investigating a homicide that took place early Thursday.
Officers were called to a residence on Wood Street around 6:30 a.m. for what law enforcement sources described as a domestic incident.
A woman inside was reported dead at the scene, and one person was in custody, said the sources, who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing investigation.
Police said there was no danger to the public.
