A 61-year-old woman was killed when the driver of a Honda Civic fatally struck her as she crossed a Queens street Tuesday morning, cops said.
The victim was hit as the driver heading south on Main St. made a left-hand turn onto Union Turnpike in Briarwood shortly before 8 a.m., according to law enforcement.
Medics rushed the victim to Jamaica Hospital, where she died. Her name was not immediately released.
The Honda driver, a 56-year-old woman, remained on the scene. There were no immediate arrests.
