“We’ve been around for 26 years now and we cut our teeth on servicing Orange County neighborhoods,” says Damon Puckett, senior HVAC service manager at Service Champions Plumbing, Heating and AC. Over the last quarter-century, though, Service Champions has grown considerably. Today, the company has more than 100 service technicians covering Orange County, Los Angeles and the Inland Empire.
While Service Champions has long been a go-to for locals preparing their AC unit for summer and heater for winter, the company has also added plumbing services to its program.

2. Moffett Plumbing & Air

Moffett Plumbing & Air has long been a favorite of Orange County Register readers. The family-owned company has been in business since 1969 and offers a wide range of services, including whole home humidifiers and gas fireplace installation and maintenance.
The company also offers regular, budget-friendly prices for drain cleaning and HVAC tune-ups. For regular maintenance, a monthly fee will let you into The Family Club, which covers annual inspections, plus warranties and discounts on repairs.
For larger projects, financing options are available and be sure to check the company’s website for specials. And, if the name didn’t tip you off, Moffett also features a full slate of plumbing services.
