A Brooklyn woman accused of killing her boyfriend to death during a clash inside her apartment told cops she stabbed him because he had been beating her for three years and nobody would help her, law enforcement sources said Monday.
Jennifer Ayala, 36, is accused of stabbing Pedersin Pelissier, also 36, twice in the chest inside her home on Linden Blvd. near New York Ave. in Flatbush about 6:50 a.m. Saturday.
Pelissier was the aggressor in seven past domestic violence incidents that cops responded to, law enforcement sources. It wasn’t immediately clear if he had been arrested for any of those incidents.
But after Ayala was taken into custody for stabbing Pelissier, she told cops she’d had enough, sources said.
“So then I said ‘F— it. The police won’t help me, nobody will help me, I’m going to f—ing kill you,’” Ayala explained, according to sources.
After the killing, she told police she grabbed a knife to “poke” him because he wouldn’t stop hitting her, according to a criminal complaint.
Ayala was arraigned late Sunday in Brooklyn Criminal Court on manslaughter and weapon possession charges.

A judge ordered her held on $50,000 bond. Her lawyer, Anthony Zucco of the Legal Aid Society, declined comment Monday.
Pelissier lived in Fort Greene, according to cops.
He had two ongoing criminal cases in Brooklyn at the time he was killed. He had been arrested July 4 for allegedly assaulting someone that day over 65. He was facing a slew of charges including assault and harassment in that case. And on Dec. 16 he was arrested for using a gun to rob someone a week earlier.
Neighbors described Ayala and Pelissier’s relationship as “toxic” Sunday, and said they would often hear Pelissier urging Ayala to “calm down.”
“They both had issues. That’s what it was,” said one neighbor on her floor, who spoke on the condition of anonymity. “I said, last week, the last time he was kicking the doors in, she was probably going to kill him or he’d kill her.”
