A 48-year-old man was stabbed to death following a quarrel outside a Colombian restaurant in Queens, and a man has been arrested for his murder, cops said Friday.
Angel Marcelo Escalante Gamazo was arguing with his attacker outside Los Arrieros restaurant on Roosevelt Ave. near 76th St. in Jackson Heights when he was knifed around 4 a.m., police said.
Medics rushed the victim to Elmhurst Hospital, where he died.
Escalante Gamazo lived on Roosevelt Ave. just steps away from where he was killed.
Jose L. Rodriguez Balda, 38, was arrested Friday and charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Balda, who lives in Flushing, has no prior arrests in New York, police said.
