A teen wanted for shooting dead another teen in Queens and then taking off with the victim’s kick scooter was arrested Tuesday, police said.
The 17-year-old suspect was charged with murder and weapons possession.
Police said the gunman shot Malaki Adams in the Rockaways the afternoon of Sept. 28, confronting him by the Ocean Bay Apartments on Beach Channel Drive near Beach 51st St.
The accused killer shot Adams when the teen put up a fight not to give up the old-school scooter, police sources said. The killer ultimately succeeded in stealing it away from him, police said, and rode off after shooting the victim in the chest.
“It was two shots,” a woman who lives at Ocean Bay Apartments said. “He fell out in the walkway over there by the basketball court.”

Medics rushed Adams to Cohen Children’s Hospital, where he later died.
The NYPD the next day released a photo of the suspect..
”He was full of life, like any other kid,” the victim’s aunt Ashley Adams said after his death. “The family is grieving really hard right now.”
