
The Anaheim Hills Rotary Club is inviting the community to its annual Easter Festival on March 29, an all-family fun event.
Kids will have the opportunity to participate in an Easter egg hunt that includes thousands of eggs. Other fun activities include games, crafts and photos with the Easter Bunny. There will also be a silent auction filled with exciting items for bidding. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Admission is free!

Help Marines and their families at Easter
Members of Patriots 4 Pendleton are sponsoring an Easter basket and gift card drive benefitting all of the Marine units supported by the nonprofit organization and time is running out to participate.
The charitable group is collecting wrapped Easter baskets for kids, $20 gift cards for teens and $25 single Marines. Monetary donations are also accepted.
The deadline to contribute is March 25.

Canyon Hills Presbyterian plans egg hunt, fun
The Children’s Ministries at Canyon Hills Presbyterian Church will host its annual community egg hunt on Palm Sunday, which is March 29. All kids in the community are welcome.
In addition to the egg hunt for the younger kids and a scavenger hunt for the older kids, the community is also invited to a continental-style breakfast in the Fellowship Hall. There is no charge to attend.

Library plans butterfly party
A special butterfly release party is planned at the East Anaheim Library branch on March 28. All kids are welcome to join the fun.
Be part of the excitement and watch the release of the painted lady butterflies from 1 to 2:30 p.m. The afternoon will also include craft opportunities and treats.

Rise early for Easter worship with Canyon Hills Presbyterian
Easter sunrise service at Oak Canyon Nature Center offers a peaceful tranquility to the worship environment and Canyon Hills Presbyterian Church is inviting the community to attend its April 5, 7 a.m. service.
Join friends and neighbors in the outdoor amphitheater surrounded by impressive oak trees and softly flowing streams, providing extra serenity to the Easter service.
This service includes music provided by Godsend, the church contemporary Christian rock band. Those planning to attend are encouraged to bring along coffee or hot chocolate, a blanket and dress warm and casual for the outdoor weather.
The church will also offer an Easter worship service at 10 a.m. in the church sanctuary. All worshippers are welcome.
Music for this traditional service will include the Chancel Choir, Godsend and a brass ensemble. Easter services are led by The Rev. Melissa Smith, Associate Pastor Rev. Matt Moncrief and Vanessa Bates.

Play bingo with the Ebell Club
The Ebell Club of Canyon Hills will host its second annual bingo fundraiser at 6 p.m. March 31 at the Hive, and the community is encouraged to join in the fun evening.
Second Vice President, Ways and Means Jean Rico is organizing an event that combines exciting bingo games and prizes with opportunities to purchase tickets for a chance to win one of the fantastic gift baskets.
The $25 entry includes 10 bingo cards. Food and beverages will also be available for purchase that evening. Bingo starts promptly at 6 p.m.
Ticket sales begin at 5:30 p.m., so go early, order food and get ready to have fun while helping the nonprofit Ebell Club raise money for Casa Teresa—an organization that provides shelter, basic needs, case management, education and supportive services for pregnant women in crises.
