A man desecrated a baptismal font and pilfered the donation box at a catholic church in Queens, cops said Wednesday.

The man dumped his drink in the baptismal font at St. Anastasia’s Roman Catholic Church in Dougalston around 11:45 a.m. on March 14, according to police.

He then swiped an unspecified amount of cash from the donation box at the church, located on 245th St. near Alameda Ave., before nabbing a cloth from the altar and fleeing, police said.

The NYPD released images of the suspect and are asking for the public’s help in tracking him down.

He was last seen wearing a blue hat, a light-colored sweatshirt, a black jacket, a bookbag and dark-colored pants and sneakers.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS. All calls will be kept confidential.
