An NYPD officer shot a man as cops executed a search warrant inside a Bronx apartment early Thursday, police sources said.

After cops entered the apartment on Willis Ave. near Bruckner Blvd. in Mott Haven about 7:15 a.m., the man pointed what appeared to be a gun at the officer, the sources said.

The officer opened fire in the apartment’s bedroom, striking the man, who was rushed to Lincoln Hospital. His condition wasn’t immediately clear.
