Offset apparently sought a paternity test for the child his ex, Cardi B, shares with Patriots wide receiver Stefon Diggs.
The former Migos member made the request in a court order filed as part of his divorce case with Cardi on February 25, TMZ reported. While a judge did shoot down the petition, he later went on to approve a different request, requiring one of the “Bodak Yellow” rapper’s other children to take a DNA test.
According to TMZ, the birthdates of both children involved were redacted, though one of them was described as newborn, clearly referring to her and Diggs’ baby, who was born in November.
Offset, born Kiari Kendrell Cephus, was first linked to the “WAP” rapper back in 2017, and they tied the knot in Georgia within the year. They welcomed three children during their marriage: daughter Kulture Kiari Cephus born in 2018, son Wave Set Cephus born in 2021, and daughter Blossom Belle Cephus born in 2024.

Cardi B filed for divorce, officially moving to end their tumultuous on-and-off marriage in August 2024. She also requested primary custody of their children in the filing. She quickly moved on with Diggs, with the pair confirming their romance at a Knicks game in May 2025. In September, she revealed they were expecting their first child together.
Since then, their have been hints suggesting Diggs and Cardi have parted ways, though the footballer was recently spotted at her “Little Miss Drama Tour” in Washington, D.C.
Earlier this week, Offset was shot in the valet area of the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Hollywood. He was hospitalized in stable condition and was “being closely monitored,” police said.
Few other details about the gunfire have been provided.
