A pedestrian was struck and killed by a vehicle traveling east on Route 38 on Thursday night, according to the Cherry Hill Police Department.

Michael V. Mancuso, a 36-year-old Cherry Hill resident, died after a vehicle struck him while he was crossing Route 38 near Longwood Avenue around 7:56 p.m.

The driver of the vehicle was uninjured and cooperated with investigators, police wrote in a statement.

The crash is currently under investigation by Cherry Hill police, with help from the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and the Office of the Medical Examiner, according to police.
