Arlington police have arrested four more club managers and another man as part of an ongoing sex trafficking ring investigation into a local adult entertainment business.
The men were arrested as part of Operation Safe Stage, an ongoing investigation cracking down on an alleged organized sex trafficking ring being run out of Chicas Locas at 2711 Majesty Drive, Arlington police said in a news release.
Police said they obtained warrants to arrest four additional club managers after reviewing evidence initially retrieved from the club during a raid in October. Two other managers were arrested during that raid.
Evidence, as well as witnesses’ testimonies, suggested employees at the club performed sex acts on customers in exchange for money paid to the club’s managers, police said
The four additional managers arrested include:
- 37-year-old Frank Budai on charges of aggravated promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity. He was taken into custody by the Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office on December 8, 2025.
- 32-year-old Allan Salcido on charges of aggravated promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity. He was taken into custody by the Denton County Sheriff’s Office on November 27, 2025.
- 30-year-old Jonathon Rivera on charges of aggravated promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity. He was taken into custody by the Arlington Police Department on November 14, 2025.
- 27-year-old Trevor Brossette on charges of aggravated promotion of prostitution and engaging in organized criminal activity. He was taken into custody by the Arlington Police Department on December 16, 2025.
Police also suspected drug sales were taking place inside the club by the accused, 32-year-old Aaron Perez. According to police, undercover officers bought drugs from Perez on multiple occasions and he arranged for the transactions to happen at the club.
Police said Perez was arrested in October on three counts of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.
