
A teen boy was stabbed in the back following a dispute near Travers Park in Queens, cops said Saturday.
The 16-year-old was stabbed with an unknown sharp object by an unidentified male wearing black pants Friday at 79th St. and Northern Blvd. in Jackson Heights, around 10:15 p.m., police said.
EMS transported the boy to Harlem Hospital where he was in stable condition.
No arrests were made.
The victim was involved in a dispute with two other teens, according to local Councilman Shekar Krishnan.
“At 10 pm, a 16-year-old boy was stabbed by two other boys who then fled the scene. Our families should be safe in our parks, and we’ll continue to monitor the incident with NYPD,” Krishnan said on X.
