The body of a dead man was recovered along the Red Hook shoreline in Brooklyn Saturday afternoon.

Officers responded to the scene after receiving a 911 call. The unidentified lifeless body was discovered around 1:30 p.m. near Van Brunt St., cops said.

EMS pronounced the man dead at the scene.

It was unclear if any criminality was involved. An investigation is underway, cops said.

The city’s medical examiner will determine the man’s cause of death.
