Death of ’90 Day Fiance’ star’s baby ruled ‘nonaccidental’

The death of “90 Day Fiancé” star Leida Margaretha’s baby last year was no accident, though the cause and manner of death are still pending, according to a new report.

Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook died last July at age 5 weeks, five days after being placed on life support following a domestic dispute between Margaretha and husband Eric Rosenbrook on July 4, 2025.

The Adams County Health and Human Services Department’s initial assessment indicated that the infant was maltreated, though a final autopsy report is still pending, TMZ reported. Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, confirmed the report to TMZ.

Rosenbrook had been arrested and charged with domestic battery and domestic disorderly conduct after allegedly slapping his wife while drunk as she held their baby on July 4, 2025. On July 10, he posted about her death on social media.

“It destroys me and shatters my world to announce that over the weekend tragedy has struck,” Rosenbrook wrote. “Yesterday at 12:53 PM after 5 days on life support, my beloved daughter, little Alisa Eleanor Rosenbrook, slipped the surely bonds to join her grandfather Tom. I do not want well wishes or questions. I will not answer anything, read or reply. I ask just for prayers for her.”

No criminal charges have been filed, and the investigation is ongoing, TMZ said. The couple, now divorced, had had a rocky time of it, with police visiting their home as far back as 2019.
