A 75-year-old man died after his throat was cut outside his Queens apartment on Tuesday, cops said.
George Dourdounas’s lifeless body was found inside the 33rd St. building where he lived near 28th Ave. in Astoria around 1:40 p.m.
The murder weapon has not been recovered, cops said. There were no arrests.
