A 53-year-old man was fatally stabbed outside a Brooklyn pizzeria, suffering multiple wounds throughout his body, police said Monday.

George Enin was found unconscious and unresponsive near E. 157th St. and Third Ave. in Melrose around 2 p.m., according to police.

Medics transported him to Lincoln Hospital, where he died shortly after arrival, cops said.

Ricky Javier, 24, said he was managing the pizza parlor on the corner when he heard a commotion outside.

“I heard the screams,” Javier told the Daily News. “By the time I got to him, he was down by the bus stop against the wall, holding himself.”

“Later I heard he was dead,” Javier added. “It’s sad. It sucks, but it’s pretty common around this area.”

“I saw the stabber run south on Third Ave. and then turn west on E. 157th St.,” he said. A trail of blood could be seen from the corner to about 15 feet down the sidewalk.

No weapon was recovered at the scene, according to a police source.

There were no immediate arrests in the case. The investigation is ongoing.

Enin lived in Melrose, about three blocks from the scene.
