A man and a woman were arrested Tuesday for beating, stabbing and pepper-spraying a security guard at a Bronx urgent-care clinic more than a week ago, cops said.
The pair surrendered themselves to police at the 44th Precinct stationhouse a day after the NYPD released images of the suspects.
Chelese Bell, 46, is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon, while 45-year-old Kevin Bell is charged with assault for allegedly attacking the guard on April 14.
The 21-year-old victim was attacked at a City MD Urgent Care on E. 170th St. near Walton Ave. in Mount Eden around 2:30 p.m., according to police.
The suspects were arguing with each other inside the clinic and attacked the guard after he tried to intervene in their spat, cops said.

The pair stabbed him in the back with an unidentified sharp object and doused him with pepper spray, before punching and kicking him in the face, police said.
Medics transported the victim to Lincoln Hospital in stable condition.
Kevin Bell, who is from the Bronx, has nine prior arrests, mostly for drug-related charges, cops said. This is Chelese Bell’s first arrest in New York City. She’s reportedly from New Windsor, NY, 60 miles north of the city. Police did not explain how the two are related.
Chelese Bell pleaded not guilty at her arraignment at Bronx Criminal Court and was released without bail. Kevin Bell’s arraignment was pending Wednesday.
