Chilean Mexican singer-songwriter and producer Mon Laferte is taking her Femme Fatale Tour across the U.S., Canada and North America, with a couple of stops for Southern California fans.
The 28-date tour kicks off on July 24 at the Place Bell in Laval, Quebec, making stops in Austin, Miami, Detroit, and New York before wrapping up at the Kia Forum in Inglewood on Nov 7. The singer will also perform at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino in Highland on Oct. 25.
Presale tickets for Citi cardholders are available until 10 p.m. on March 26 at citientertainment.com. General tickets will go on sale at 10 a.m. on March 27 at LiveNation.com.
“Starting a tour is always exciting. It excites me, but at the same time, there’s always that bit of nervousness,” Mon Laferte said in a Billboard Español interview. “No matter how many times I’ve done it, no matter how many times I’ve toured the world or the U.S. with a new album, that doubt always appears about whether people will connect or not, whether they will come or not.”
“Also, I feel that this tour carries a different kind of weight. It’s a difficult moment where Latinos living in the U.S. are experiencing a harsh reality marked by xenophobia and uncertainty, and it’s not something distant; it’s something that is felt, that weighs on you, and that hurts,” she added. It’s also about being there, about supporting what I know how to do, which is music. This doesn’t change anything politically, but maybe it can give people living in the U.S. a bit of hope, a sense of community, of support in some way, from my position. I also feel that it’s not just about bringing music, but something a little more.”
Mon Laferte’s ninth studio album, “Femme Fatale,” features 14 tracks with jazz-inflected arrangements, bolero undertones, and nostalgic pop textures. The album’s theme and imagery present a modern portrait of the femme fatale archetype, with lyrics exploring broken glamour, sensuality, chaos and self-possession.
She recently participated in a Spotify Sessions performance that reimagined standout songs from her recent release. Mon Laferte also released an “EQUAL Edition” of the Spotify Sessions, a five-song live audiovisual EP featuring an all-female ensemble: Reona Sugimoto on drums, Patricia “Pilla” Reyes on piano, Marie Anne Greenham on double bass, and Maria Grant on saxophone. Mon Laferte produced the piece alongside director Magaly Ugarte.
Throughout 2025, Mon Laferte was the most-listened-to Mexican artist on Spotify and currently ranks among the top 500 artists on the platform.
