Two police officers and a civilian driver were injured after a police-involved car collision in Brooklyn on Saturday.
The officers, driving a marked NYPD car, were responding to a call of a knife assault in progress when they slammed into a black Subaru Outback SUV being driven by a 57-year-old around 7:46 a.m. on E. 18th St. and Avenue Y in Sheepshead Bay, cops said.

One of the vehicles apparently also slammed into the rear of a parked silver BMW, damaging it, as well.
EMS transported the three victims to a local hospital where they were in stable condition.
