It wouldn’t be spring in Philly without the annual circuit of seasonal markets and festivals.

From booze to ballet — and everything in between — this year’s lineup celebrates the best the region has to offer following the winter thaw. This year’s slate includes a number of annual favorites, plus some new arrivals.

Here’s what’s happening in 2026:

There are vendors galore in this annual collection of antiques, vintage clothing, and other items — one of four markets scheduled this spring in the Philadelphia region (and one of eight scheduled for the year). This spring, the market will also be in Collingswood (April 26), Bryn Mawr (May 17), and Kennett Square (June 7).

This free, family-friendly event invites visitors to a day of workshops, tours, and keynotes, as well as a handful of on-site local vendors. There’s also a nursery sale, with discounts available to Garden members and Southwest residents.

Three days of concerts, performances, and classes kick off April 24 with an opening night of indoor and outdoor performances at Attic Brewery, featuring some of the city’s top jazz musicians. Held at several locations, the event bills itself as “a movement celebrating Germantown’s deep connection to jazz and its cultural legacy.”

Celebrate spring’s arrival with a daylong event hosted by the Philadelphia Zoo and the Council of Indian Organizations. Enjoy performances by Indian artists, with music, food, and dancing, as well as a “color-throwing ceremony.”

Fairmount Arts Crawl, April 26

Free to attend, this family-friendly indoor/outdoor event features more than two dozen vendors and utilizes the restaurants, shops, bars, and cafes of the Park to Broad area in a celebration of all things art.

Dozens of food trucks gather at the scenic Linvilla Orchards for this two-day family-friendly event. Last year’s version included nearly three dozen food trucks, as well as live music.

Food is the draw to this massive annual event on Manayunk’s historic Main Street. Dozens of food trucks will be on hand (last year’s event included more than 70 vendors from Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware), plus you’ll find gourmet food, festival shopping, and six musical acts on two stages. This year, the Let’s Rallie app will help patrons better navigate the one-day event.

The music fest organized by Philadelphia native and singer-songwriter Dave Hause kicks off its fourth year on May 1 at the Venice Island Performing Arts Center in Philadelphia. The lineup of 17 acts includes the Menzingers and the Mountain Goats.

After being paused for three years amid the pandemic, this longstanding festival returned in 2023 as a celebration of the energy of the city’s Rittenhouse neighborhood. The annual event, billed as “sophisticated and upscale,” brings tens of thousands of visitors to Rittenhouse Row. Visitors will find local and national businesses, plenty of food and fashion, and live entertainment.

Flower crowns. Maypole dance. A liter lift competition. Billed as one of the largest German Maifest celebrations in Pennsylvania, this daylong festival immerses visitors in German culture. You’ll find live music, authentic German eats (and beer), and a pig roast.

Northern Liberties is the draw at this first-ever spring festival, presented by the Northern Liberties Business Improvement District. There will be food and drinks, live performances, and activities for the family.

More than 80 local artisans will be on hand for this annual celebration of art, music, and food. This year’s event includes artist showcases, three live performance areas, and a car show featuring custom, classic, and specialty vehicles.

Held in Brewerytown, so named for the breweries that once called the neighborhood home, the Girard Avenue Street Festival features more than 100 vendors and 20 bands (on two stages), plus games and bounce houses for the kids and food trucks.

In “The Four Seasons Reimagined” — created and performed by Dan Deacon — choreographers Penny Saunders, Jamar Roberts, Trey McIntyre, and Morgann Runacre-Temple take the audience through the four seasons in a “celebration of nature, resilience, and imagination,” held over two nights in June.

Manayunk Art Festival, June 27-28

Three hundred local and national artists and crafters descend on Main Street in Manayunk in this festival that’s been running strong since 1990. You’ll find everything from ceramics and glasswork to jewelry and photography.
