A suspect has been arrested for shooting a 38-year-old man found dead in his crashed SUV in Coney Island, police said Wednesday.

Eugene Ohemeng, 31, was nabbed late Tuesday and charged with murder and gun possession for allegedly killing Ronald Williams earlier in the day, police said.

The victim crashed his SUV into three parked cars after he was shot in the chest and arm on Ocean Drive near Surf Ave. — a dead-end block leading to the Riegelmann Boardwalk, police said. Ohemeng lives in a luxury highrise on that block, according to cops.

Willams was found dead behind the wheel of his gray Chevrolet Equinox after sideswiping three vehicles before coming to a stop outside the Coney Island Houses, about a block from where the shooting was reported. The SUV’s passenger window had been shot out.

The victim’s SUV has Florida plates and he has an address in Atlanta but it wasn’t immediately clear if he lived there or had recently moved to the city.

Police said the suspect and victim had earlier had an argument though it wasn’t clear what they fought about.
