The Sex Pistols are returning to Los Angeles this fall, with the pioneering punk band bringing their North American tour to the Hollywood Palladium on Oct. 18.
The tour features original members Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock joined by singer Frank Carter. The band will perform its landmark 1977 debut album, “Never Mind the Bollocks, Here’s the Sex Pistols,” in its entirety, along with a selection of deep cuts.
The North American run begins Sept. 11 at the Longhorn Ballroom in Dallas, the site of the band’s infamous 1978 performance, before making stops across the United States and Canada. The Los Angeles date is one of the final stops on the tour.

The announcement follows a summer run of European festival appearances, including performances at Nova Rock in Austria, Graspop Metal Meeting in Belgium and the Isle of Wight Festival in England.
The North American tour had originally been planned for last year but was postponed after guitarist Steve Jones suffered a broken wrist. Jones said he is looking forward to returning to the road after recovering from the injury.
Several support acts will join different legs of the tour. Los Angeles punk band Starcrawler will open the western dates, while melodic hardcore outfit Militarie Gun will support the final stretch leading into the Hollywood Palladium show.
