A dead woman was pulled from the waters off Staten Island Friday morning, cops said.
The 49-year-old woman’s lifeless body was spotted floating off the coast of South Beach near the Ocean Breeze Fishing Pier around 9:40 a.m., according to law enforcement.
It was not immediately clear how the woman’s body came to be in the water.
The city’s medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
