Pete Davidson and Elsie Hewitt are reportedly “working through” some relationship “issues” while they focus on their baby daughter.
“There are issues, but they’re trying to figure things out together,” a source told People. “They’re adjusting to parenthood and working through the process.”
Hewitt and Davidson have been romantically linked since March 2025, after they were spotted out and cozy together on several different occasions. The couple announced they were expecting their first child together later the same year, and welcomed Scottie Rose Davidson on Dec. 12, 2025. She was named for Davidson’s NYC firefighter father, Scott Matthew Davidson, who died in the 9/11 terror attacks.
Another insider told US Weekly Hewitt and Davidson are both “really dedicated to doing what’s right for the baby.” What’s more, Hewitt is “in a good place” professionally, as is Davidson. They are also both “rooting” for each other, no matter what happens between them personally, the source added.

Hewitt has several upcoming projects already underway, including movies “Triton” and “We’re Already There.” The new mom, however, still has taken time to give fans a glimpse behind the scenes at her new life as a parent.
“My scottie girl is 12 weeks old today,” the model wrote in a March Instagram post. “On the way to the hospital we wrote down our predictions for what time she’d be born. My guess was 3:05pm (my birthday, 03/05). After 23 hours of labor, that is the exact time she arrived. How crazy and cool is that?”
Davidson has similarly taken to his role as a father in the first months of his daughter’s life.
“Dad life is f–king awesome,” Davidson told People. “It is exhausting and rewarding and cute. And I’m very lucky because Elsie is a fantastic mom, and I can’t stress enough how lucky I am.”
