Donald Trump Jr. and his new wife Bettina Anderson quietly tied the knot in southern Florida prior to their formal wedding weekend.
And according to an uncertified copy of their marriage certificate obtained by TMZ, Anderson did not legally take the Trump family name. President Trump’s oldest son reportedly plans to say “I do” to his second wife at a private ceremony in the Bahamas over Memorial Day weekend.
A Palm Beach County deputy clerk signed off on the license making Anderson, 40, the bride of the President’s 48-year-old namesake, on Thursday.

President Trump said on his Truth Social media platform that he won’t attend his son’s nuptials due to various commitments.
“While I very much wanted to be with my son, Don Jr., and the newest member of the Trump Family, his soon to be wife, Bettina, circumstances pertaining to Government, and my love for the United States of America, do not allow me to do so,” he posted on Friday. “I feel it is important for me to remain in Washington, D.C., at the White House during this important period of time. Congratulations to Don and Bettina!”

The President frequently jets down to his Palm Beach property on weekends. He told reporters in the White House on Thursday that he’d like to attend his son’s wedding but claimed it’s “this is not good timing for me.”
Don Trump Jr. was married to Vanessa Trump from 2005 until 2018. They have five children together.
Anderson describes herself on Instagram as “your typical stay at home mom…only I don’t do household chores…or have a husband…or have kids.”
