A 25-year-old man was knifed to death during a clash inside a Staten Island apartment building, police said Friday.

Kycell Terry was stabbed repeatedly in the stomach while inside the Ann St. building near Park Ave. in Port Richmond at about 7 a.m. Thursday, cops said.

When cops were called to the scene, they found Terry bleeding from multiple stab wounds. He died at the scene.

Terry lived in Port Richmond, about nine blocks from where he was killed, officials said. It was not immediately disclosed why he was in the building or what sparked the stabbing.

No arrests have been made.

Cops were scouring the area for surveillance footage that would help them track down the stabber.

The killing is the first homicide in Staten Island’s 121st Precinct for the year and the second homicide in the borough, according to NYPD statistics.

Two homicides had been reported in Staten Island this time last year, both in the 120th Precinct in Staten Island’s north shore.
