Disneyland is sending a birthday gift to Anaheim residents during the park’s 71st anniversary with discounted tickets good for visits during the end of summer and the start of the popular Halloween season.
Disneyland is offering Anaheim residents $71 tickets in honor of the 71st anniversary of the park — which debuted on July 17, 1955.
The Anaheim residents tickets can be used at Disneyland or Disney California Adventure on any day that reservations are available from July 20 through Oct. 8.
Disneyland’s Anaheim resident tickets go on sale July 16.

Anaheim residents can get a single-park ticket for $71 or a parkhopper ticket for $104. Anaheim kids ages 3 to 9 years old can get a single park or parkhopper ticket for $50.
The Anaheim resident deal is a 32% to 68% discount off single park tickets (normally $104 to $224) and parkhopper tickets ($174 to $314).
The Anaheim kids ticket offer is identical to Disneyland’s current Kids Rule Summer offer that runs through Sept. 7.
The Anaheim offer is valid only to city residents living in Zip codes 92801 through 92809, 92812, 92814 through 92817, 92825, 92850 and 92899. Proof of residency is required to purchase tickets and get into the parks.

Anaheim residents can purchase up to eight tickets with a valid ID. All ticket holders must be Anaheim residents and tickets may not be sold or transferred.
Advance reservations are required to visit the parks. Lightning Lane upgrades are available for an additional charge.
The late summer/early fall availability window allows Anaheim residents a chance to visit the parks just before kids return to school and during the first few weeks of Halloween Time that kicks off on Aug. 21. Disneyland’s 15-month-long 70th Anniversary Celebration ends on Aug. 9
Purchasing tickets early is always a good idea because the discount offer may be paused or stopped at any time. In past years, Disneyland has halted the Anaheim resident deal before the official end of the promotion.
