An unhinged man was arrested after throwing a cell phone at a baby in a stroller and her mother, too, near Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan on Saturday.
Marc Okon, 49, threw a cell phone at the baby, striking her, around 9:55 a.m. at Sixth Ave. and W. 41st St., then picked up the phone and threw it again, hitting the mother, 39, cops said.
Okon was charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child and reckless endangerment.
The baby suffered minor injuries. The mom refused medical attention for both of them.
Okon, who is homeless, and the mother had no prior contact and were not known to each other, police said.
Cops quickly cuffed Okon after the incident. His arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court was pending Saturday.
