A 35-year-old woman died after her boyfriend called 911 and she was found in her Bronx apartment suffering severe trauma, police said Monday.

A city Medical Examiner autopsy will determine exactly how Jasmine Chisolm died but police sources say NYPD detectives believe she was murdered.

Chisolm’s death came to light when her boyfriend called 911 at 6:33 p.m. Sunday to report that someone was hurt inside her apartment on E. 158th St. near Courtlandt Ave. in Melrose, police said.

Medics rushed Chisolm to Lincoln Hospital in critical condition with blunt force trauma injuries to her head, face and body, police said. She died at the hospital the next day.

No arrests have been made as cops continue to probe her death.
