Patrick Clancy and his new wife are reportedly renting out their Manhattan apartment while Massachusetts prosecutors decide whether to retry Lindsay Clancy for murder.

Patrick married Rachel Danis in April while his ex-wife was preparing to go on trial for allegedly murdering the pair’s three children in 2003 when the Clancys was still married. That hearing ended in a mistrial after jurors failed to unanimously agree on whether her compromised mental state made her criminally culpable.

Patrick and his second wife appeared on “60 Minutes” last month where they announced that they’ll be starting a new family.

The couple’s 700-square-foot condo in East Midtown is available for $6,550m, according to a TMZ report. It’s unclear where Patrick and Danis will be staying while their current apartment is being rented.

The air conditioned unit reportedly has one bedroom and a single bathroom in a building that houses a fitness center.

Lindsay remains hospitalized in a psychiatric unit at the Tewksbury Hospital in Massachusetts. Prosecutors haven’t announced whether she’ll face a second murder trial. Her defense team argues that the 36-year-old woman suffered from postpartum depression when her young kids were strangled in the family’s Massachusetts home.

Patrick hasn’t been charged with wrongdoing in connection to his children’s deaths. His attorney as well as a lawyer representing Lindsay have taken issue with conspiracy theorists and Internet trolls suggesting otherwise.
