Sofía Vergara shared a pointed post about “narcissistic men” after her ex-husband, Joe Manganiello, made some bombshell claims about the downfall of their relationship.

The Instagram story, first shared by Vergara’s son, 35-year-old Manolo Vergara, features a chart breaking down the differences between a “good man” and a “narcissistic man.”

“Remember kids,” her son wrote, “when dealing with a narcissist, it doesn’t matter how much you do for them, because they will resent you for it, and nothing will ever be enough, and they’ll always somehow try to paint you as the bad guy.”

According to the graphic, a narcissist will “gaslight,” “blame-shift,” and “lie.” They also “crave superiority,” “act like Peter Pan,” and “envy and resent you.”

A good man, meanwhile, will “set boundaries,” “apologize,” and “tell the truth,” the graphic shows. In addition, they will “celebrate you” and “value humanity & community.”

Vergara also reshared a quote originally posted by Tom Brady saying, “The ability to laugh at oneself is probably the highest form of intelligence” and that “the inability to laugh at oneself is a sure sign you’re dealing with an idiot.”

The “Modern Family” star’s social media activity comes just days before Manganiello’s memoir “Bloodlines” is set to be released. In excerpts published earlier this week, the “True Blood” actor opened up about his seven-year battle with an autoimmune disease and how it strained their marriage.

Manganiello said their relationship became “devoid of any emotionality whatsoever,” and he further claimed that Vergara refused to hug him, even when he asked. He also said Vergara “ridiculed” him for the dog he adopted while suicidal in 2019.

While his deteriorating health left doctors stumped, Manganiello credits a shaman in Santa Monica with helping him recover.
