Actor Blake Lively’s alcohol brand could be going bottoms up.
The 39-year-old launched Betty Booze in 2023 on the heels of her non-alcoholic cocktail brand Betty Buzz, which debuted in 2021.
According to TMZ, multiple trademark applications related to the company, including beer-based products have been abandoned.
Betty Buzz last posted on Instagram in April while Betty Booze’s account has been dormant since September. However, BettyBooze.com continues to provide information on where products can be found.
The movie star was awarded $400,000 in legal fees in August stemming from her lawsuit with her “It Starts with Us” co-star Justin Baldoni. She asked for $8 million following a defamation lawsuit the actor filed against her after she alleged sexual harassment.

Lively was spotted at a party for jewelry designer Brent Neale in Manhattan on Monday, according to Harper’s Bazaar. She’d been keeping a relatively low profile while her legal issues with Baldoni ran their course. Lively reportedly wore a vintage strapless sequin dress featuring black satin bows designed by Karl Lagerfeld when he was with Chanel.
