A New York City Public Schools aide was arrested for dragging a 6-year-old boy through the cafeteria of a Brooklyn elementary school Thursday, cops said.

Claude Pierce, 38, was charged with assault and endangering the welfare of a child for the altercation inside P.S. 184 on Newport St. near Mother Gaston Blvd. in Brownsville around 12:30 p.m., police said.

The student suffered bruising to both arms and was treated at a local hospital.

Pierce has worked as a school aide for the city since 2023. He earned $22,158 last year, records show.

He has one prior arrest on record, a DWI bust from 2025.

He was awaiting arraignment in Brooklyn Criminal Court.
