A 59-year-old woman was found dead with a head injury inside a Brooklyn apartment building Monday morning, cops said.
The woman’s lifeless body was found inside the 79th St. building near Third Ave. in Bay Ridge around 9:30 a.m., police said.
Trauma to the woman’s head was apparent on her remains, but it was not immediately clear how she was injured, according to law enforcement. Her name is being withheld pending family notification.
The city’s Medical Examiner will determine the woman’s cause of death.
