Christmas is right around the corner, though the latest temperatures are more suitable for spring instead of winter.
Saturday’s high temperature of 82 degrees broke the previous record of 79 set in 2010.
While Sunday was partly cloudy, temperatures still reached the low 60s and mid-50s, according to the National Weather Service’s Fort Worth office.
Monday will start cloudy with gradual clearing expected and winds between 5 to 10 mph. The high temperature will range in the mid-70s, the weather service said.
The rest of the holiday week forecast calls for a mix of clouds and sun. High temperatures are expected to range in the 70s and 80s with lows in the 60s.
