Prosecutors have alleged D4vd’s iPhone was packed with child porn in wake of his arrest for the murder of Celeste Rivas Hernandez, a 14-year-old runaway whose dismembered and badly decomposed body was found in his Tesla this past September.

During a court appearance on Thursday, prosecutors said they found a “significant amount” of child pornography on the rapper’s cell, but they did not say whether any of the content included Rivas Hernandez, TMZ reported.

The “Romantic Homicide” singer, whose real name is David Anthony Burke, was arrested on April 16 following a months-long investigation, sparked by the discovery of Hernandez Rivas’ remains on Sept. 8. They were found by police after workers at Hollywood Tow reported a foul odor coming from an impounded Tesla registered to D4vd. Her cause of death was later determined to be “multiple penetrating injuries,” per the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s Office.

Hernandez Rivas was last seen alive on April 23, 2025, when she was spotted arriving at D4vd’s home in Hollywood Hills. Just two days later, his debut album, “Withered,” was released. Authorities have alleged the rapper murdered the teen to protect his career, after she threatened to reveal that they’d been in a sexual relationship.

According to a criminal complaint in the case, D4vd sexually abused the teen for a period starting “on or between” Sept. 7, 2023, and Sept. 7, 2024, “while the defendant resided with, and had recurring access to, the child.”

D4vd has repeatedly denied wrongdoing, and he pleaded not guilty earlier this week to all charges related to Hernandez Rivas’ death, including first-degree murder. He is currently being held without bond at the Twin Towers Correctional Facility.
