Dallas police officers responded to a reported shooting at 10:21 p.m. in the 2900 block of Commerce Street, according to Dallas police call records.
Shortly before midnight, a second shooting was reported near the 2800 block of Elm Street at a restaurant nightclub, according to a KXAS-TV report. The club is located a few blocks from the first scene. Dallas police at the scene told KXAS-TV one person was killed.
Dallas police have not immediately responded to The Dallas Morning News.
