Police arrested a 32-year-old man on Saturday who they said grabbed a woman’s buttocks while also stealing her belongings in a brazen sexually motivated robbery in the Bronx.
Scott Haynes was charged with robbery, sexual abuse, forcible touching and harassment for the Sept. 22 incident, in which he targeted the 40-year-old victim around 8:41 p.m. at E. 174th St. and Monroe Ave. in Concourse, cops said. In addition to groping the woman, Haynes also stole her headphones and $1, cops said.
The victim was uninjured.
Haynes lives less than a mile from where the incident occurred, cops said.
His arraignment in Bronx Criminal Court was pending Saturday.
