Milania Giudice, the second-youngest daughter of “Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice, is a chip off the old incarcerated block after she was arrested for assault in the Garden State.
The 20-year-old was arrested May 14 and charged with simple assault in what the Montville Township Municipal Court has identified as a “domestic violence/confidential” incident, according to multiple outlets.
The events preceding the arrest and charge, as well as the identity of the alleged victim, were not indicated in court records obtained by TMZ.
Neither the Montville Township Municipal Court nor representatives for Giudice immediately responded to the Daily News’ request for comment.
Teresa and ex-husband Joe Giudice — with whom she shares Milania and as well as daughters Gia, 25, Gabriella, 21, and 16-year-old Audriana — respectively served 11 and 41 months in prison for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud.
Italian-born, American-bred Joe, who never became a U.S. citizen, served part of his sentence in an ICE facility before he was ultimately deported to Italy.
Though she’s since moved on, Teresa’s new life with husband Luis Ruelas is not exactly squeaky clean.
News broke in early 2025 that the couple had been hit with over $3 million in tax liens, roughly $2.6 million of which was for Ruelas and more than $300,000 for Giudice.
Previously, Ruelas denied any “physical violence” against a former fiancée. In a 2022 episode of “RHONJ,” Giudice threw drinks at cast mate Margaret Josephs, who she said had spread information about Ruelas.
