A 14-year-old boy was arrested Monday for pistol-whipping a delivery worker and then raping her near a Staten Island NYCHA complex, cops said.
The teen suspect, whose name is being withheld due to his age, was captured around 10:30 a.m. and charged with rape, assault, sexual abuse, criminal possession of a firearm, sexual misconduct, forcible touching, menacing and harassment for the shocking sexual assault on Sept. 9, police said.
The suspect attacked the 37-year-old woman as she was delivering a package near the Berry Houses at Dongan Hills Ave. and Jefferson St. around 6 p.m., according to police.
The teen, who stands 6 feet tall and weighs around 200 pounds, beat the woman with his firearm and then violated her, according to law enforcement sources.
Medics rushed the victim to a local hospital for treatment.
