Bronx DOE employee arrested for forcefully rubbing genitals on teen girl student’s backside: NYPD

A Bronx DOE employee was arrested after he allegedly rubbed his genitals on a teen student’s backside while forcing her across a desk, officials said.

Raheem Logue, 44 was charged with sex abuse and harassment on Friday. Police said he was alone with a 17-year-old student in an empty office on Thursday around 10:30 a.m. at Bronx School for Law, Government and Justice high school near E 163rd St. and Grant Ave. in Concourse, when the incident occurred.

Logue put his hands on the student’s neck, and then forced her body across a desk, so that her stomach was pressed on the desk, with her body bent over, according to a criminal complaint. He then pressed his genitals on the student’s buttocks.

“I’M YOUR OPP, I’M YOUR OPP?” Logue said to the victim, according to the complaint.

During the incident, the girl repeatedly told Logue no and asked him to stop.

Logue was released after pleading not guilty at his arraignment in Bronx Criminal Court.
